European companies are increasingly confronted with a shortage of skilled workers. In order to be able to cover the demand for qualified specialist personnel from its own resources, weba Werkzeugbau has been training its own apprentices in metal technology as toolmaking technicians in the dual training system for more than 20 years. For some years now, weba has been expanding its range of apprenticeships. In addition to training as a toolmaking technician, weba also offers tailor-made training programs for apprentices as machining technicians, design engineers and office clerks.
